Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@linxoffaith.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Custom or personalized items
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@linxoffaith.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
